2024 Update: Did yet another study with them, this time a longer in-person one spread across multiple days, and the process was seamless throughout. They liaised with the client efficiently and I was kept in the loop, and payment was completely fuss-free, too. Original review, 2021-2023: Reliable and legitimate research company. They constantly have new research opportunities — some are specific/niche, some are more general — and consistently deliver payment while being transparent throughout. I've done a few studies/research projects with them and haven't been disappointed whatsoever. ~ Glenn C

Had an experience with Research Network for a survey that they did for their client. Research Network was very professional in the way that they handle obtaining permission for my involvement with the survey, ie in terms of PDPA etc, that they assured me that no personal information will be given out to others other than the client only. The survey with the client also went on smoothly and with great ease. So on the whole, the survey process was effectively conducted and I had a pleasant experience throughout. Research Network - Singapore is great platform to participate in market research study. They offer both online and offline based market research study which is really flexible and convenient. Did one of the research studies about social media. Henry helped liaise the communication between me and the client and responded quick, sending instructions for what I had to do. When I came down for the face to face interview, the staff there was nice and proceeded smoothly. Incentive was $100 at first but became $150 and only took 1 day to process even though they noted it would take 2-3 days, so much faster than expected. Very good experince as the questions asked by OCBC Customer Experiemcr were very targetted. I had alot of constructive feedback for them. A good platform to participate in market research study. They offer Zoom based market research study which will certainly cut down the travelling time and costs. Have a great experience communicating with the coordinator, Steph, to arrange for the Zoom session. Participated in one of their studies. The consultant was very professional. They called to explain the process in details with short text to guide me through the preparation prior the interview. Reminded me on the day of the event and thanked me after the interview. I feel respected. The questions were appropriate and feel like a comfortable conversation. Henry is very prompt with his responses and sorted out issues with late payment quickly. However, the finance dept paid another person with a different phone number and from a different project, instead of me. I hope the finance team will be more vigilant with future payments, and get another person to verify payment or verify it again before processing it. ~ Steph C
